Unable to log in

Hello, ive had this app for over 2 years with no issues but i tried to log in today and it wont let me. I deleted and reinstalled the app but it still wont let me log in. I’d appreciate some help as i dont want to lose my progress

Glitch when signing up

I can’t go beyond the page where it says “pick your plan”. The continue button does nothing, unfortunately.

Broken app

Gets frozen on the “Choose your plan” page and won’t let me get past. I tried closing the app then signing out and signing back in, but I’m still stuck on the same page with nothing to click and nowhere to go.

Registrierung nicht möglich

Als ich meine E-Mail und Passwort eingetippt habe, kam ich zu einer Seite, wo „weiter“ gedrückt werden muss. Das „weiter“ funktioniert nicht und ich komme logischerweise nicht weiter, ich kann die App kaum nutzen.

Unable to purchase a subscription

I had a yearly subscription, it expired, I am now unable to buy a new subscription and can’t find any customer support to contact.

Solid app with clear, easy-to-understand instructions. It doesn’t promise overnight results, which I actually appreciate. Progress definitely takes time and consistency, but the program gives you a strong foundation to build proper habits the right way. The reminders are helpful for staying accountable throughout the day, especially when you forget about posture. Overall, it feels structured and well thought out.

Good info, bad app

I had a three month subscription to this app, but when I tried to login one day it wouldn’t do anything but prompt me with plans…while my App Store still showed an active, paid for subscription for another several weeks.

Good App

I started using this app after struggling to understand mewing properly from videos. The app helped me realise what I was doing wrong and how to fix it. I like how the exercises are broken down and explained in a simple way. After a few weeks, I feel more aware of my tongue posture and breathing. Happy I found this app.

It allows you to subscribe for money but the app itself won’t open so it looks like a scam

Not able to subscribe and use

I got a subscription and was using the app for a day, then randomly I got logged out and unable to get past the subscribe screen. Even after trying to make a new one or restore purchases.
