J’utilise MEXC depuis quelque temps maintenant et je suis très satisfait de l’évolution de la plateforme. Au fil des mises à jour, j’ai pu constater de réelles améliorations, aussi bien au niveau de l’interface que de l’expérience utilisateur.
Les graphiques sont particulièrement fluides et agréables à utiliser, ce qui permet de suivre les marchés facilement et efficacement. La plateforme continue de s’améliorer régulièrement et cela se ressent vraiment à l’utilisation.
Très bonne évolution jusqu’à présent, en espérant que MEXC continue dans cette direction !

Blocking withdrawals for weeks with zero explanation
My account withdrawals have been blocked for almost a month without any valid reason.
Key Issues:
Security verified my identity and restored full access to my account, but my funds remain completely locked.
I submitted 100% of all requested proof: unedited screen recordings, official bank/platform statements, and verified ownership documents.
Support continuously delays responses, gives template replies, and keeps making new excuses to drag out the process.
Failed Promises: Live support officially guaranteed a resolution within 24 hours. That deadline passed long ago, and they are completely ignoring my case.
Extremely poor support and zero transparency. Unblock my funds immediately!

Google auth out of sync
An old mexc account I have still have a couple of hundred in it, however the google auth code went out of sync, I wasted a whole day trying to reset it, dealing with support and a not working reset portal. Frustrating as hell, I decided to give it up, can’t believe I stored a couple of hundred K in it once upon a time. Lesson learned, never use those unregulated exchanges, everything works until it is not and u have no way to get ur money back
