“Server Error”
Tried to select my PCP, once I logged in and got a persistent “Server Error”. A phone call to a real human worked to select my PCP.
Bug-filled app
Tried to “chat”—just got a popup “Authentication failed!” And app went into an infinite loop

App Does Show All Claims
Claims for 6 months and 12 aren’t working correctly. Not showing the entire amount of the claims. Only showing 9 of 32 claims for 6 months. 12 months only shows 9. It may be slow loading.

Unusable after update :/
The app WAS great but since I updated my phone when I try to log in it says “cookies are disabled in your browser” within the app. Hopefully developer can fix! 100% will update my review to 5 stars when fixed!

Slightly broken
When you click “Find Provider”, app immediately crashes. Tried clicking 5 times and all 5 times app crashed immediately.
So much better than Harvard Pilgrim!
I just switched from Harvard Pilgrim to AllWays, and the app is already so much better! Cleaner, easy to use, intuitive, all info I need right there on my hands!

Once the app allows you to check claims it will be a step in the right direction.
