It brings key diagnostic and troubleshooting capabilities directly to your mobile device, supporting In-Service Engineering teams, Line Maintenance Technicians, Systems Specialists, and MRO personnel. Key features include: 1. Fault Code Lookup - Input fault codes or messages from onboard systems (EICAS, MDC) - Retrieve detailed descriptions, probable causes, and corrective actions - OEM systems specialist experience-based guidance - Fault specific FIM extracts for Step-by-step fault isolation procedures - Where applicable, fault troubleshooting supported with OEM communications reference (AOM, Service Letters) 2.
