Extra charges for cycling too long 😂

Firstly, they take a carrier charge deposit of $2,500 (Mex pesos) per person. It’s not simple to get back as their help me centre is evasive to say the least.

Then when you buy a day pass you can only cycle for a maximum duration of 30 minutes before you get charged extra (on top of your day pass cost) for any minutes above 30. Never heard anything like it.

Great way to get around cities but business plan is clearly to overcharge customers via the small print.
