Slow and buggy

Nothing loads. When I did get as far as unlocking a bike it just froze

Complete garbage since bought by capmetro

I used to use the old bikes privately owned with no problem. Now that it's been bought by the city, it's impossible to sign up via the app. tried two different cards and refused all of them with no idea of why. It's the only bike that works around ladybird lake so way to ruin the trip for so many visitors to Austin! Get your s together cap metro!

Easy to set up

The app is straight forward when coming to scanning your bike, and especially for the price compared to other bike apps it is worth it unlike Lime it has pedals and you can get an unlimited ride for the whole day but you have to return the bike then scan it again.

Decent overall

Decent overall service.

Never any problems with the lock and unlock actions.

Decent network in downtown and central east Austin. Never have any problems with no bikes at stations.

Things to improve:
1. It sends a welcome to the first of many rides pus notification every time I go on the bikes. It made sense the first time but doesn’t anymore.
2. $150 a year is kinda steep. I feel $100 was fair.
3. Handles get a little sticky from what seems like the handle rubber degrading in the sun.

Please keep going. This service is very useful!

Can’t add Card

Useless app. Downloaded it to bike around Austin, TX. Can’t even add a card payment on the app. It says β€œWe apologize something went wrong. Please try again.”
