Disabled prepay support
This app has been disabled today from management of a prepago account. There is a new app for that but it’s not available to non EU iOS App Store accounts. As a foreign visitor to Spain I’m now locked out of online Managment of my Vodafone Spain prepaid account. The new prepaid app is prohibited from being downloaded to a North American Apple Store account.

There’s a new vodafone app
Theres a new vodafone app released in 7 languages, but its not available in my region. Please fix this. This app asks me to upgrade to the new one, but I can’t because of the region issues.

Orange is better!
Spain has a huge number of foreigners who want to use Vodafone, but it's impossible because the app is only in Spanish!! for example, Orange has an English version and Customer service is also in English!
Works with eSIM only

app crashes every time
after uodate to ios 26 on iphone 16 pro max this app is not working . It is crashing all the time when you open the app. What is fascinating that this is not yet fixed !!!!
Glitchy App
It works OK most of the time. Again, for the second time, the App stopped working on both of my iPhones. One is an iPhone 11 and the other one is an iPhone 16. When trying to use the app it is closed automatically right after opening it. Very annoying.

Después de la ultima actualización la app se cierra sola, ya intenté borrar y descargar nuevamente y sigue con la misma falla

The app quits every time I open it. Ive tried deleting it, and redownloading, still will quit on me after I've signed it. Please fix this
Crashes immediately with IOS 26
This app was working prior to the launch of IOS 26. In fact it still does if you do not have IOS 26 installed on your phone. But the latest version continues to crash for those of us that have updated to IOS 26.x. The app creators could benefit from automated testing frameworks as this bug is easy to catch.

HORRIBLE. THEE Worst.
I can’t actually give an accurate review of what the INSIDE of the app has to offer because it crashes every time (EVERY. TIME.) I attempt to open it :-/
