App makes it nearly impossible to make any changes to your profile. Also help isn’t readily available to make any adjustments or access anything. Too much going on in the app.
Constant sign in error with Ticketmaster
Please fix this! Everytime I try to sign in I get an error saying it's unavailable. How am I supposed to get my season tickets?!
App is always buggy
Try contacting support on this app. Never works. Have a section for AIchatbot - never opens… need to make a last minute change to your season tix, good luck. Just like the membership support this app needs a lot of work.

This is one of the best nfl tracking pops especially if you are a diehard dolphins fan this app is really helpful in case you only want to check your score and you don’t have time to search for it on espn.I have reacently bought three signed helmets for really cheap from the silent u tion

Poor updates
They do not stay up to date on score updates. It was 3Q, and they still had the 2Q score! I refreshed several times. That’s unacceptable! They’ve got to get better.
App not letting login
It was a great application until recently not able to login to retrieve tickets. I had to go through the website.
Can’t log in
Since the app was updated, now I only get messages that say something went wrong, try again later. I can’t access my tickets on the mobile app or my membership for the discounts at the stadium. Really frustrating and the game is in 3 days.
Ticketmaster login not working
Was great until I couldn’t login. Every time I try to login to Ticketmaster to access my season ticket member discount or tickets it says “something went wrong…” really frustrating cause the season starts next week
Disaster after new update
I’m a season ticket holder and after the last update I’m not able to login and access my tickets.

Ever since the most recent update I cannot access my tickets. The app is the ONLY way to access my season tickets.. Really hope this gets fixed before the season opener!!

This app is terrible, all other media apps release new news way faster as soon as it breaks, this app never does. All it does is give just a news conference that all other sports apps give and most times even faster, if you want up to date stories go to other sports apps, I’m a Miami Dolphins fan but not one that says everything great just because the organization puts it out. As I said this app is terrible

The roster is messed up. It has players from years ago. I don’t like you can’t go by players number instead of alphabetical.
