App does not open
The app does not open and I cannot see my tickets. This has been ongoing for few months and no one is helping. App opens then goes into a dark scree!!!!
Worst CS Ever
I both bought and received items from the Miami Heat Store for Christmas and needed to exchange the gifts I had received for other sizes or store credit, but it is absolutely impossible to speak to a human being through this app or any of their CS channels. I have called 4-5 times and emailed at least twice and gotten zero traction and spoken to nobody. Nobody there will help me. It makes me so sad, because I was so excited to get legit Heat gear for Christmas.

Why Have Your Own App?
I don't understand the point in you needing this app to view the tickets you purchased using Ticketmaster. I hate Ticketmaster as much as the next guy, but at least I don't have user interface issues. Why have all this money? All these subsidies (taxpayer footing YOUR bill)? Why all this labor exploitation if you aren't going to give a good product? You hate your workers, you hate your customers, you hate your city. "Heat Culture" is exploiting at every step and spitting on all of us. And if you're gonna do that, AT LEAST HAVE A GOOD TEAM! Literally, what is the point??? Your workers need to unionize. You need to pay all those subsidies back to the city. Your profits need to be taxed at 100%. And your app needs to be shut down.
