App does not open
The app does not open and I cannot see my tickets. This has been ongoing for few months and no one is helping. App opens then goes into a dark scree!!!!
Worst CS Ever
I both bought and received items from the Miami Heat Store for Christmas and needed to exchange the gifts I had received for other sizes or store credit, but it is absolutely impossible to speak to a human being through this app or any of their CS channels. I have called 4-5 times and emailed at least twice and gotten zero traction and spoken to nobody. Nobody there will help me. It makes me so sad, because I was so excited to get legit Heat gear for Christmas.

Why Have Your Own App?
I don't understand the point in you needing this app to view the tickets you purchased using Ticketmaster. I hate Ticketmaster as much as the next guy, but at least I don't have user interface issues. Why have all this money? All these subsidies (taxpayer footing YOUR bill)? Why all this labor exploitation if you aren't going to give a good product? You hate your workers, you hate your customers, you hate your city. "Heat Culture" is exploiting at every step and spitting on all of us. And if you're gonna do that, AT LEAST HAVE A GOOD TEAM! Literally, what is the point??? Your workers need to unionize. You need to pay all those subsidies back to the city. Your profits need to be taxed at 100%. And your app needs to be shut down.

Hello I’m a fellow heat fan like all of you and I had this idea that you guys could add to the app. So if you have Duolingo you would notice that on your lock screen it will show up as a “widget” kinda and you can see how much time and your progress without unlocking your phone. So you can do that just with the scores and how much time is left. That’s all this app is perfect 🤩 this just one idea. This app is my favorite I’ve been using it a lot and I adore it 🥰.

Not working
Not working. At all even updated n reinstalled it.
Tickets don’t load
The ticket side of this app is always giving me problems. I’ve tried logging out and back in. I’ve tried deleting the app and reinstalling.
It works when it wants too, it doesn’t load most of the time. And tickets from weeks ago stay on there. Real low quality app!

It’s not bad enough that half the time there’s no audio at all on the feed that’s supposed to be play-by-play, but tonight some rocket scientist put the wrong audio feed on the app. Instead of listening to Jax & Amy call the game I got hour 437 of UM football postgame coverage.

Heat APP is down on iOS
1 day before the ECFs and the APP is not loading on my iphone. It opens and then quickly shuts down. Can anyone look into this?

Would give the app no star if I could simply doesn’t load just get our servers have timed out contact support which is what I did and got reinstall and download again on WiFi tried this and still failing emailed them back still waiting on reply
Not happy!
I’m signed into my account and I cannot access my rewards. I went to members, then a screen comes up asking me to join. I’m signed in and a season ticket holder.

Love the ability to purchase tickets through Ticketmaster directly in the app, love the blog and the overall look!
However, I downloaded the app primarily in order to add the 20-21 schedule to my iPhone's calendar, but it's stuck on the 19-20 schedule.
Edit: The calendar was fixed quickly! Love the Heat, and as always their service was top notch.
