Error when checking out… Problem persists across phones, IOS and Samsung
App Crashes no Kids Menu
This app could make the difference in saving time out but there is no menu for kids which is worthless for parents. App also crashes on check out.

App either crashes or never load properly check for updates and none available. Please somebody fix this because nobody seems to be looking into it.
Restaurant is good; App is garbage
The App never gets updated, repeatedly crashes, and is rife with glitches and bugs. Please for the love of all that is holy, run some updates.

App would be easy to use if it ever worked.
Almost every single time I go to check out the whole app crashes and I have to redo my order.
If the app doesn’t crash and I make it to checkout, 9/10 times it says problem processing order and won’t complete.
I never get to use my rewards because if the order doesn’t go through I have to order at the restaurant and they don’t honor the app rewards.
Needs lots of improvement. Very disappointing app.

Horrible fast food app
By far the worst fast food app to have been made and you can tell they don’t care as it’s still an issue the app crashed a lot before even being able place my order just to get to eh place and tell me that my order wasn’t recieved all while me having a a receipt saying thank you for your order

This app keeps crashing - won’t allow me to make an order or input payment information - fix this, or you’ll lose me as a customer.

Orders don’t go through
The restaurant never seemed to get my order. Fortunately they honored it once I showed the receipt on my phone. Also the prices are not consistent with those posted in store. Some are higher, others lower.
Restaurant didn’t receive my order
I placed an order on the app. When I arrived at the the location to pickup, they told me they never received the order. I showed them my email receipt and I had to go sit there 15 minutes for them to make the order. The app is very easy to use and looks good. Hopefully it works next time.
