Terrible Return & Refund Experience or SCAM !?!
I wish I could give this app ZERO stars.
I placed an order of nearly $700 and returned most of the items because they didn’t fit or weren’t suitable for me. I followed the app’s return instructions and dropped the package off at USPS on July 8, 2026. I also provided Customer Service with the tracking number and all required information.
It is now August 28, and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND - more than 7 weeks later!
What’s even more frustrating is their reasons for denying refunds on certain items. They listed reasons such as “incomplete packaging,” which makes absolutely no sense to me, and claimed some items had minor stains. After weeks of back-and-forth emails with Customer Service trying to resolve the issue, there were also times when they simply stopped responding. They eventually offered only about one-third of the original price for certain items. I accepted just to get this issue resolved.
But even after agreeing to their proposed refund, I still haven’t received my money! I continue to have to email and follow up just to get a refund that should have been processed weeks ago.
This return/refund process has been extremely frustrating, slow, and unacceptable. And NOW, I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY MONEY. SCAM BIG TIME! Be very careful when placing an order with this app/brand. I definitely will not be ordering from MICAS again.

Can’t return items
I’ve tried for a month to return items, it’s not free, it’s a convoluted system and no one will get back to me regarding my returned items. No refund. The clothes are ill fitting, don’t bother.

Scam website, terrible material
Girls, please don’t get scammed into buying from this website. You can find almost everything they sell on Shein or Temu for a quarter of the price. The quality is absolutely terrible, and if you want to return an item, they make you pay the return shipping yourself. Even worse, no one actually helps you with your refund. They just keep delaying and dragging things out until your return window expires, then tell you there’s nothing they can do because it’s “too late.” The funny part is that they take 2 to 3 days just to reply to a single email, so by the time you hear back from them, you’re already running out of time. Please just shop on Shein or Temu instead. The corset I bought from this website cost me $51, but I found the exact same style on Shein for only $12. The quality of what I received was honestly awful

Returns made totally painless
Returned an item recently and the whole process was really simple. Support was easy to reach and the 30 day window gave me plenty of time. Really thoughtful policy for shoppers like me!
Do not buy from this store
The quality is terrible and not sized properly I tried them on and requested a return immediately. you have to pay a ridiculous amount to ship it back and once they receive it they tell you they can’t/wont refund the money bc the quality of clothing ( which was never worn and still had the tags on). So they are not willing to refund your money because they don’t accept back the quality of clothing they are sending out. This is a SCAM site. Do not believe the fake reviews saying that theirs products are good they are not and you will not get your money back.

Terrible communication and timely shipping
I spent nearly $400 on an order that was supposed to arrive in April. It didn’t even ship until mid-May, after I had already graduated and moved away from the original shipping address.
After multiple unanswered emails, I ended up filing a chargeback with my bank. The only way I finally got a response was by DMing your Instagram and commenting on one of your posts. By then, I was told nothing could be done because the package had already shipped.
Thankfully, my school’s post office was able to forward it to my home. But when it finally arrived, one of my items was missing. I was told I had to cancel my chargeback before I could receive a refund, so I did. The refund was then sent to a card that’s no longer active, and now I’m once again waiting days for responses while trying to get it reissued.
To top it off, I reordered the exact same skirt, and it shipped almost immediately. I just don’t understand why my original order couldn’t have been handled with that same level of service.

Shipment takes forever!!
I ordered clothes weeks ago and they have not shipped it! I ordered it for trip and would not be getting it on time! The quality is good, but be prepared to wait for over a month to get your order!! Doesn’t worth it, there are other apps offering the same clothes with faster delivery!!!
Fake Reviews, Fake Photos, Low Quality Products
The quality of the products on this app has become really disappointing. Most items look nothing like the photos once they arrive, and many reviews honestly feel AI-generated rather than written by real customers. Even the product pictures seem heavily edited or fake in many cases. It’s getting harder to trust what’s actually being sold here.

Return Policy Was No Hassle
Unfortunately, my pants didn’t fit as I imagined. The return process was seamless, and the prepaid return label made the process so easy for US customers. I still recommend them for their quality.
cheap and late
I bought 3 pieces of clothes, one of them appeared to be out stock after I ordered, the date to be "in stock" changed 3 different times. I finally received my clothes almost a month later and when I see the clothes, stitches are shown, button flew and I had not even tried it on yet. Cheap.
