Doesn’t work
Every time I try to use the app it says my bank will not allow me to use this I called the bank and they have not blocked me from using it called lottery and they see no problem however they could not find my account it then said it ok

Face ID is broken, just loops and loops signing in. Spin to win hasn’t worked in over a week, says my account is “not able to play at this time” for a free spin?!

Updated app is horrendous
I can’t for the life of me understand how anyone can rate this app above a 1 star. I can rarely deposit money due to the glitches. When I can, the games don’t work and I keep getting sent to the account page….. I’m always told I’m not in Michigan. This is truly the worst app I’ve ever had the displeasure of using. I guess it’s a good way of saving money though.

Was good
Used to love this app. Quick to open. Scanned tickets fast to double check if you won. I’d rather check them myself instead of spending 5 minutes attempting to scan a ticket. Never have I seen an update be so horrible. Literally ruined the app.
Can’t authenticate
The app just loops thru attempting to use my face and does not login.
Disappointed with sloppy AI update
This app was once so convenient and easy to navigate and actually functioned with the user in mind. Now it’s very clunky, fails to load, and the spin to win has taken a turn for the worse. Hope it gets a good update soon, thinking about deleting.

I'm on an iPhone 17 Pro Max with the latest system updates and the latest update of the Michigan lottery app, every time I do spin to win, it freezes up and I never get my reward. Booooo!!!!
Complete Garbage!!
This might be the worst app I’ve ever been on. The old app was awesome this new one is trash!! They spent all their time on the algorithm to take your money and not on a smooth running site. Constantly freezing or doesn’t completely load. Scans your face 10 times before you can do anything then the games don’t load up. I have left the app so many times after waiting 5 minutes to load. Junk!!!

Too Many Issues
This app used to be great. Lately there are just too many issues. There are problems connecting to the server, problems making a deposit, the dashboard is usually blank. When you can finally get to the point to play… when you select a game, you get an error message saying it cannot connect. App is a waste of time.

Ever since the “update” when i do the daily spin to win, it now only lands on 1 entry. Nothing more. How am i supposed to have a chance with only 1 entry every day!

FIX YOUR APP. This is ridiculous. Every time I try to check out, it won’t let me. It keeps taking me to the account screen, SAME DAMN PROBLEM I COMPLAINED ABOUT before. Ridiculous. There is no excuse to keep having the same issues over and over again.

This new app is garbage. How are there no bad reviews since the update?! Constantly freezes or won’t load the page. Payment screen crashes all the time, too. Also, no longer tells you where or how much the jackpots are, when they hit.
