What is going on over there?
The scanner feature has been unusable for quite some time now, like over 3 months. This organization makes billions every year but they can’t fix their app? That’s embarrassing.
New App
The new app is terrible, nothing but errors and glitches. Can’t even see all the same info as before either. Much rather have the old outdated one to the current one.
Bugged
The app might be nice to use if it would allow me to log in and not repetitively scan my face while not logging me in. Just wanted to scan a ticket but can’t even do that.
Ai slop
Ruined this app they used ai to remake the app, multiple broken features now
New App is Terrible
The new version of this app is glitchy, doesn’t load, repeated failures, blank screens, when it does work screens take a long time to load. Go back to the old format. It worked.

This app was junk before and continues to be junk after updates.
Convenient but definitely needs some work
I recently downloaded the Michigan Lottery app and have two suggestions that could make it more user-friendly.
First, it would be helpful if saved favorites displayed the actual four-digit number, play type (Straight, Box, etc.), and wager amount instead of just “Favorite 1,” “Favorite 2,” and so on. This would make it much easier to quickly identify saved plays.
Second, after submitting a four-digit ticket, I wish the app would return to the four-digit game screen instead of the main menu. This would make submitting multiple tickets much faster without having to select the game again each time.
These changes would make the app quicker and more convenient for players who regularly play multiple numbers.

You shouldn’t have to provide the amount of info required just to use the ticket scanner. That should be available without the registration.

4 digit daily
You guys have draws but not repeat on daily 3 and daily 4 online purchase and in the store vending machine. What if I want to play 20 bucks straight on one number one drawing you can’t do that online or at the vending machine in stores you have to do the steps all over 20 times but you can play for 20 draws please addd the feature to repeat 3 digit and 4 digit. Draws are for day by day 10 draws means 10 days where is the Repeat what if I want a number 10 times straight on the same draw you have to do it over and over and over again. But in store on the machine there is a repeat I’ve worked it before. You would make more money online and at the vending machine ones in store both need that update bad.

Won’t take payment method thru the app. Account info won’t pull up and endlessly opens the same screen. Will just buy lotto in person.

The new app is horrible. I can’t get to the online games most of the time. The spin to win is horrible now. I used to have so much fun on this app but barely go anymore.
Sick of this non intuitive app!!
Every single time I login completing my three step validation it wants me to update my email address saying it may not be correct. EVERY DAMN TIME!!! Also the flow sucks. I just want to repurchase my favorites and it’s hidden cryptic and repeat my favorite purchases until there are 20 of the same favorites. Someone needs to be fired!!!

Games In App Don’t Work
I have the most recent update for the iOS MI Lottery app but the games do not open within the app when attempting to play in the app. They worked before. I click PLAY and each time rather than the game starting the app goes back to the game page to click PLAY again and again but to no avail. Please fix.

Ticket Scanner Issues
The ticket scanner close button is non functional on IPad Mini.. selecting any other tab buttons such as Home then switching back to Scanner Freezes the Scanner screen.
App has to be shut down and restart.
