Ticket Scanner Issues
The ticket scanner close button is non functional on IPad Mini.. selecting any other tab buttons such as Home then switching back to Scanner Freezes the Scanner screen.
App has to be shut down and restart.

Update great idea
Great job with last update on ipad version you have freed up time and money for me and around 19 of my friends. Should have just left it as is , older devices cant do the update

This was a very nice app and you could see it clearly they decided to give it an update, which is not very good. You can barely see which lottery title you’re looking for and the iPad has to be in a vertical position. I deleted the app entirely. You used to be able to check the numbers and would have a detailed account of how much your winnings were whether you want one number two numbers, etc..

Update is awful
So glitchy. Takes forever to load games. Odds have gone bonkers since interim director. Seems lottery is down so they have decreased winnings considerably.

Ever since there was some major update to the app, now it doesn’t work. It won’t let me checkout my cart, no matter if it’s the app or a browser. I had no issues on Friday, now on Monday I am stuck

Why can’t Michigan Lottery VERIFY I’m in Michigan after
I know NOBODY asked for 0 free plays weekly or monthly. Outrageous deposits to get 5 useless losing free rolls. Lottery players pay for everything here. It seems like maybe Michigan Lottery officials have inside action and we can’t seem to get any wins anymore.
Deposit Issues
Glitches when trying to deposit. Either caught in a loop with the Withdrawal/Deposit page or told there is a problem connecting to the server.
RIGGED
Terrible games, terrible odds, I’ve been playing for close to 7 years and have only withdrawn my winnings ONE TIME. Thousands of dollars deposited, and $216 in withdrawals. It makes me sick that this is even legal. Not even sure why I still give them my money. DONT PLAY VIRTUAL GAMES, SAVE YOUR MONEY

Horrible Update
The new update for iPhone is horrible. Cannot pay for the tickets. Half the time you cannot get to the pay section.

Why does the app only give partial number results? For example:To look at the powerball or mega millions I go to the Flordia lottery site to look at the complete set of numbers!!! The same with Fantasy 5 I have to go and ask Siri what the results were?
Michigan lottery did me wrong
I am very upset with this app for 2 reasons! I don’t like the new app it’s to hard to get to the games to play. An yesterday I had did my daily spin and got if I deposit $20.00 I can get 20 free games of western win. So I did the deposit and did my free spins and the app started glitching and then told me my phone doesn’t support this app. So I closed the app and refresh it and tried to long back in and it said app not suspended. So I uninstalled the app thinking it was a bug or something. Tried to redownload it again and it says app not supported and wouldn’t let me download it again. So now the money I had deposited is gone because I can’t get on it. I am on a friends account to write my review to hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

Garbage AI led redesign
Clearly used ChatGPT for the app redesign. This app is buggy, crashes, logs out for no reason, requires multiple Face ID checks when logging in. You took away feature for crying out loud. Get real developers on this ffs.

Anyone else having constant sign in issues lately with this application?? I even updated it and I had a problem! Ridiculous! We have billions in lotto and the site constantly has issues !
Awful Update
New re-design is terrible. Harder to navigated and the app never works … very frustrating! The old one was much better!
