Works great!
The app also easily transfers BP and pulse to Apple health without any issue.
2yrs later….
Creating profile crashes the app
Does not work with iPhone14
Works like a charm.
I’ll give it 4 stars because I can’t give it 4.9.
Decent app
Doesn’t stay paired with Iphone
Once paired it seems to record but not worth the trouble.
Costco hopefully has pulled this item from stock.
Microlife blood pressure monitor.
Won’t pair
User unfriendly
Won’t sync with the Apple health app
Does what it promises in description but …..
Device is fine, app is awful
For all the “good” reviewers who think the bad reviews are just stupid people who don’t read the instructions (awkwardly written and as incomplete as they are) I’ll say that I’m a software developer who knows a thing or two about troubleshooting issues and I’m not dismissive of end user issues, especially when the same issue (looses pairing) is reported multiple times.
If it happens to work for you, great! But you should understand there’s a serious flaw (probably in the device’s firmware) that creates problems for a large percentage of users.
App works flawlessly
Works great
Common Sense Applies
You have been cheated
- You can export your measurements to Excel , Google or CSV
- Works with Apple health, not sure how well.
Cons:
- The app is poorly engineered
- The app deleted my past measurements
- The app reads in all the data on the device memory but fails to store it long term
- The user interface is not intuitive, I am lead to believe it was a rushed or money saving product for the company (very little investment in software and apps).
- must connect each time you read from device
- if you use the device and had the wrong person selected, good luck removing that without clearing the device memory. I did not do this and each time the incorrect persons reading comes up on the app and I have to remove it each time.
- bought it for my elderly parents and even I can’t use it without frustration.
Hire a UI expert and testing engineer!!!
Pairing impossible
App is Okay - Documentation Needs Help
The app does download the readings quickly. I haven’t tried exporting the data but will soon. It would be nice if the app could generate a simple graph of the blood pressure readings.
So I’ve had no Bluetooth connection problems with my iPhone at all. The app itself seems to work but has limited functions. Hopefully the developers will add more features in the future.
