Horrible downgrade from Bing app
Literally wasted half a day trying to fix some weird glitch. Microsoft equalizing a 3 trillion market company boggles my mind as the apps are garbazzzzh
The worst Ads Platform
No human involvement, simply bad bots , no support , no security, just fraud ads to consume your revenue
Hours of setup - unjustly denied
Complete waste of time. Spent hours setting up the account just to get pulled down before serving any impressions. I own a poke restaurant group in Tampa bay and wanted to test Microsoft ads. Guess I’ll keep our spend on Google / Meta.
To be specific, they said they suspected me of not being legit, so their program asked me to upload bank statements, validate that I own the domain, show articles of incorporation, EIN numbers. Provided it all. Close to a dozen documents. Smh.

Search Term Mobile Managament
Trying to give feature suggestion but points here so.. please add search terms to mobile app as Microsoft’s close variants are not very good and need to be closely monitored.
Currently search terms are only available on desktop and the close variants are nowhere near the quality of Google Search terms.

Bank detail update big
The iOS mobile app doesn’t let you edit or update bank details please update as this is inconvenient and basic functionality
Mobile app Compare Date feature
I would love to view a day compared to the same day but different week. I want to compare how any day is performing by viewing, cost impressions or clicks or Ctr and compare how that metric is doing by the hour on on day against the same metric of the same day of week but on a different week.
Right now I can compare it to the previous day. That’s not super helpful because a Saturday doesn’t perform the same as a Friday in our business and I think MANY businesses.

No longer works with apple update
Can login to desktop but can no longer login to app. It says network issue. Either fix or I’m headed back to google ads.

Bad experience blocking your account without reason
Keyword themes not relevant
If you are using smart campaign Microsoft will show your add to unrelated searches and refuse to refund used funds.
Scam that gets no conversions
Microsoft ads is a scam with just bot clicks (nobody actually uses Bing) and not one conversion even after I spent thousands of dollars. Worse, I paused it because it wasn’t converting, a few days later I was charged again, it unpaused itself! What garbage. Requesting a full refund or a chargeback is happening.

Can’t even add negative keywords though the app. Can’t send a support request in the app. Support pages send you to the APP STORE. Attempting to write a help request brings you to a page asking you to download the app that you already have. Comical.
Don’t Advertise Here
Had an advertising account going until about 1 week ago it was randomly suspended. Autopay is on, never had any issues until this random one. Try talking to someone to have them tell me they have no explanation as to why it was closed & can’t give me an explanation either. This is very shady & selective business practices & I will never support anything Microsoft ever again. This is a shame.

Love love working with Microsoft Ads. Wouldn’t trade them for any other. They’re so helpful and not extremely strict on policies. I also really love how you can easily get someone on chat or get a call right away. This alone is by far the best. Google Ads or FB have nothing in comparison even if they have the biggest market share. Thanks Microsoft Ads! A true fan 👍

10 Years+ with Bing
I absolutely love bing, and Microsoft. I've used all of their platforms over the last ten years, was in-fact one of their very first customers when it was Adcenter.
They've come a long ways and although they're teams are bit difficult to work with at times, (when it comes to campaign problems) they still do 100x times better than the leading competitor, and the Mobile app far out weighs any other and.... that's why I highly recommend MicrosoftAds!

You want a platform that works and is very reliable versus Google choose bing if you have the right set up and ads to Run this platform will run very smoothly. You can transfer what you have from your Google account over to the platform of Bing and run your same ads. Google has too many policy changes and regulations since the pandemic with me it was hurting my family greatly and my business goals because they kept suspending my account over 7 times. I switched to bing my exact same set up I had with Google, I turned it on as soon as I turned it on I started getting clicks and calls immediately and making money. I love this platform. If you don’t have a company that’s running your SEO program or your ads for you because time is money do not go with Google.
