I can’t understand how this app is still so horrible!

How are there so many bugs in a world of AI and affordable development?! If you are live messaging someone, it doesn’t load on the screen. So you have to exit and come back in to see. It seems they FINALLY resolved a years old issue of logging you out constantly. So many bugs on such a simple app. I’m cancelling my $70+ subscription after 5+ years of lack of satisfaction. I don’t know how this still operates. Look into another app.

Force log out

A lot of times I go to check the app I’m logged out. How are there not more reviews about this I can’t be the only one. We need a fix as I’m looking for alternatives cause of this issue.

Which part of my previous message did you not understand? I made it very clear that I do not wish to continue the free trial you offer with your Tidio tool.

Or is this so-called “free trial” simply a deceptive strategy to charge customers regardless of their consent, using the excuse that you “didn’t understand” the client’s request?

I expect this issue to be resolved immediately and my request to be respected.

Will not stay logged in, will not show you live messages

The app will not keep you logged in. Super annoying and SUCH a simple fix. Now you have to let your entire enterprise team have the password plastered in their notes on their phone and if anyone forgets, pray they don’t reset the password. It also won’t show you live chats, so if you receive a response it might show as a notification but won’t show in the app. Super simple entry level development resolutions available. lol Tidio contact me if you need help these are WILD problems to be having as such a developed company.
