When I’m on the go, I need to see something to preserve it or to send to someone else, it’s fabulous. And it’s a great place to. Store medical records. My prescriptions or shots. Then I don’t have to carry the originals with me.

No longer a note-taking app. Now it’s more Microslop AI.
Doesn’t work well on IPad Pro
I was pretty excited about it. But seems to work on my MacBook Pro and my iPhone but when I get in a meeting with my iPad Pro, it is unresponsive. I don’t know whose fault that is Apple’s or Microsoft, but it was not able to use it.
Great for Structural planning and Organizing. Amazing layout
I love the multifunctional features, subcategories/folders. It tops any planner for school or business. It helps map out my affairs. Stores, photos images, has recordings, writing ability. The features are endless. One note absolutely blows me away on how beneficial and essential this app is to reduce a chaotic life. I’m proud of the app’s creator they are truly a brilliant. Thank you MicroSoft :)

Copilot won’t go away
No matter how many times I opt out of copilot, MS keeps trying to force it on users. I’m bailing on my windows pc and android for apple ecosystem. What is this dystopian future?
Love the product but syncing is buggy
I’ve been using OneNote in the last 10 years. It’s a handy powerful tool. However wish Microsoft figure out the synchronization piece. The experience is terrible.

No internet connection notification upon opening the app as of the last 4 updates. Please fix!

Best app to keep track of things
I've used many different apps including Evernote and others. This is the best app and here's why. The app is available for your mobile phone, your windows computer (possibly for Mac also), and on the Internet if you are using someone else's computer. The note taking ability is made easy by the fact that you can have multiple notebooks. Within each notebook you can have multiple tabs (for a topic or area of interest), and within the tabs you can have multiple pages, each page can be its own little nugget of information. It beats having to save emails and word docs on your computer, then opening each one for the exact info you are looking for. OneNote has its search bar that will search all notebooks for you. And best thing is it auto-saves! Just type your info and close the app! On your mobile phone, hit the sync button if you want to see it instantaneously update your desktop app. The latest enhancement allows me to take a picture on my phone and save it directly to my Notes. No more guessing where I saw that article and/or wishing I had a copy to send to people. Amazing. Love it. Thank you, developers/designers at Microsoft. There is ONE thing I do want to see as a feature enhancement - allow the MOBILE app to allow searching within the page. Currently only the desktop version has the ability to search within the page or within the entire application.

An interface that lags 10 years
In this day and age, it’s unimaginable to have such a poor user interface. And if an app needs to beg you to rate it every time you open it, something is wrong. So… Microsoft… Do your homework, listen to your reviews, and stop being so money, hungry.

Misplaced sections
OneNote continually displays “misplaced sections”on previous notes which prevents these from able to edit these. Attempting to create a new note page does nothing as the create option is greyed out.
