Error Deleting Notebooks/Sections

Hello Microsoft,

I’ve been having a bit of trouble with your app. I cannot delete any sections or notebooks. Could you please look into this issue for me? This app is really the best!!

Love organize things with graphics

Putting the pictures on the title to make visually easier organizational structures

Hmm.

Trying to run a tidy filing system inside an ecosystem that behaves like a teenager’s bedroom? Forget it. 😂

Best Software

This program is so easy to use. It follows you to every device and keeps things so well organized like a filing cabinet. You can import any media, you can dictate, you can record from it. You can do voice to text conversion. Amazing piece of software.

Can’t close notebooks

Can’t close notebooks on mobile. Also iPad storage shows 20GB for 8-9 GB of notes. Please fix!

Why after all this time hasn’t link functionality been addressed on mobile?!? There is no way to return to starting point when following a link (a “back” button as on desktop) - a much requested function for years! The wiki method of creating internal links may work in some places but does little to link to existing material. Evernote works so smoothly and simply for these. I would really rather stick with OneNote!

Nice

Cool app

Unable to delete sections on iOS

All of the sudden I’m unable to delete sections on iOS devices. Microsoft refuses to acknowledge the issue.

Best

This is the best one for keeping the notes

Incredibly hard to set up personal Microsoft

Couldn’t be more frustrating. Personal Microsoft is unbelievably hard to set up

Once great product now an incomprehensible mess

I used to love OneNote. I even taught classes of people how to use OneNote way back. Sadly it has descended over the years into such a mess that now I rarely use it. I dont want AI in my notes. I do want my notes stored in a format where I can move them around, back them up etc. not in a link to a cloud server where Ive lost control. And the lack of a proper tagging system plus the constant breaking of what was the best web clipper sealed it for me.

Dealing with Microsoft 365 Family frustrating

I purposely got the MS 365 family for use by the family. Then it tried to add a new iPad to my new iPhone and MacBook Pro MS 365. All hell broke out. The apps keep reverting me to paying for a new account rather than offering a login if you are an existing member. So I can open some work on the iPad but cannot save or alter it if out with family or friends. Very disappointing as when you try to try tocontact MS, all you get is roadblocks.

Great Overall; A Bit Complicated

Overall, I really like OneNote. But the various sections-personal, shared, etc become too complicated for me. I mostly use the sticky notes option, which is fantastic!

Menus and Recipes

All my recipes organized in one place. Easy to share a recipe. Keep my grocery shopping list as well.

Broken with authentication loop

Authentication login loop doesn’t allow me to use the app. I attempt to login, move to Authenticator , and then enter the login screen again.
