**In response to the dev reply—nice gaslighting! This was not user error. I canceled the trial immediately the moment I signed up for it, double-checked that it was canceled, and was still charged after 3 days. You guys are something else.

Hello! Apple handles all financial transactions, developers just provide the product and Apple is the store. For privacy reasons we have no access to any financial transactions. If Apple charges you straight away without giving you the 3 free day trial it must’ve been because you already did the trial or once had the app already. Apple will always let you know on the confirmation screen before you double click to confirm. We’re happy to help you get a refund. Hello! Sorry you didn’t realize that’s how Apple works the free trials they offer developers to use. We, and Apple, clearly wrote the terms that you have to cancel within 3 days before being charged. Slow and glitchy

Hello! You missed a bunch of features. There’s a tutorial in the side menu. If you tap the speaker icon on the right of each track you’ll see the reverb and delay options and more. I hope you edit your review. Also, if it’s slow and glitchy this is something that can be solved by either restarting your device, clearing some internal storage or checking to see if too many apps are running at one so it’s slowing down your device. Hello! If you open the side menu (tap the icon on the top left) you’ll see the tutorial link. There’s also a contact button. We’re always available and happy to help. 3 stars feels a little harsh for such praise about our app, especially since there is a tutorial. If you edit your rating we’d really appreciate it! If you want to use an equalizer you can send you video to another of our apps, VideoMaster. When it comes to audio we’ve got you covered! Hello! We love suggestions. Please always feel free to email us through the side menu of any of our apps. We’ve added user suggestions several times. What I’m hearing is a simple feature we can add. We actually already have that ability in our MicSwap Video app. You want to be able to cut a track and put it on a different track so you can assign a different microphone. Is that correct? If so we can definitely add that! Thanks for the suggestion!
