Every time the

I can’t login with the password I created.
App says it’s sending me an email that never arrives. Not in junk not in deleted, not in inbox. Terrible

works most of the time
It works great 95% of the time.
it works great but sometimes randomly logs me out at the most inconvenient times.
it also had trouble logging in when it does log me out. when it works it’s super easy to use and convenient. i love having the ability to adjust everything in such a easy way. the midea controls that come with the ACs can be super confusing

App keep crashing
I bought a new dehumidifier. I tried to add it to my account first step. I scanned the media product registration card, which got me into a QR site. Seems like your QR code generator is not holding the website redirect value next install the app and paired my device to the app connected it to WiFi . And set up that I have the American version 20 pint once I click on the icon of the device the app crashes. OK I’m going to setting feedback. I want to read it and put my comments the app crashes again I’m using the latest iOS version on iPhone 16+ as of July 2026

Too many steps to ‘TRY’ to connect to the device and still unable to find and / or connect
Especially disappointing in an air conditioner when you want comfort from heat and humidity
The display font is feint and difficult to read

Bad app
The app requires email authentication to log in and the email service doesn’t work with Microsoft mail system so you can’t receive email . Thus the privacy seems questionable because the app accessed all sorts of passwords and information on my home network. Now they can reach into my network…
App crashes
I never reviews, but I had to for this one. Just bought a their expensive dehumidifier, connected to the app and now when I open the app and choose the dehumidifier… the app crashes. Is a point of connecting to an app if the app crashes every time you choose the device
Keep deleting my account
I periodically have to sign up again to have an account on the app. I’ll just randomly open the app to determine the AC on. It says count doesn’t exist and I have to sign up all over again and I’ve had to do this three
Account migrated?
Bought an AC with media air and then all of a sudden it’s not letting me sign in and it’s telling me my account has been migrated to a different app. I don’t want my air conditioner connected to 1 million Chinese apps, bro.
Constantly disconnecting
The app consistently disconnects from the ac unit. Keeps saying reload then doesn’t reload then just switches to offline, extremely frustrating.
App is barely functional
From having to constantly re sign in, to it randomly deleting my devices. Just terrible

Excellent product love the Wi-Fi connection. They work excellent in tandem.
Continuously closing app by itself
This app is completely unusable. Every time I try to select a unit to edit a setting it kicks me out of the app. I cannot choose any unit. It completely crashes and makes the app useless.

Trying to follow info to setup Alexa keep getting a 404 error for website it goes to

I’m trying to use the app for the first time. I’m on iOS 26.
The app auto detects my dehumidifier, but when I tap the field in the app to choose the wireless network, it opens up the iOS list of apps instead of a wireless network chooser.
I also tried manual configuration and was able to connect to the dehumidifiers internal wireless network, but it then gets stuck on that step and doesn’t let me move to the final step: step four.
Could not find support information on their website. The listed phone number for IS contact rings busy.
