I tried to log in but it went to a login error message and timed out. Unfortunately, I can’t access my account.
Can’t sign in
Every time I try to sign it is how’s a sign in error. Can never access account. Worst app.
Can’t even sign in
I’ve never been able to sign into this app at all. Every time, I get a “Single Sign-On Error”. Not a password issue, just a “we can’t log you in because of an error” message. I thought that maybe updating to latest version of the app might help, but no dice. Would be nice to be able to view my account this way, but I guess I’m stuck with my computer’s web browser for that. Disappointing.

Shady billing
Term life insurance policy doubled then they never sent updated quarterly bills causing g cash value to plummet . We paid into this account for 30 years and now are being forced out of being able to afford it. Called customer service numerous times and they were not helpful to explain . Customer service takes down to you when asking simple questions and would not want to use any of there products again after this one. Also they are based on South Dakota where there is lots of shady business stuff being done. I would not recommend this company to anyone , stick with companies that have better expierence with investing and treats long time customers with respect instead of talking them down!!

Life insurance rip off
Pricing is out of touch for retired people and company will likely double your rates when a person starts to get close to life expectancy!
Over priced with terrible customer support! Not a friendly company to do business with!!!
There billing department will send bills that don’t cover premium then send cancellation notices in between quarter saying policy is going to expire wanting more money!! Save your time stay far away from this organization !!

Price fixing
Total rip off my Dad is being priced out if his plan and he is 80 ! They doubled his Price to keep his life insurance with no invoices to prove price increase ! Also terrible customer service!!
