Does not work
I tried downloading this and it won’t even load up to try it in the first place! I’ve downloaded it at least five times trying to make this thing work and it won’t
Unplayable and No Response From Customer Support
I really enjoy this game when it actually works, but my experience lately has been extremely frustrating. My game has been stuck loading at 52.5% for over a week, making it completely unplayable. I have already sent two emails to customer support and have received no response at all.
To make matters worse, I paid for the premium membership and haven’t been able to use the game I’m paying for. I’ve tried all the recommended troubleshooting steps on my end, but nothing has fixed the issue.
A game is only as good as its customer support, and being ignored after paying for a subscription is unacceptable. I hope the developers address both the loading issue and improve their response time to customers.

Loading screen
Great game! But it sucks having to constantly delete and download again because it keeps getting stuck on the loading screen at 52.50%. Mainly when you’ve spent money on the game itself and time.

Should be options earn gems besides buying them.

Be sure to check the Events and Rewards menus regularly, as they often include additional opportunities to earn gems.
