When I started using it, the fee they charged was appropriate for the service. A dollar ticket would cost $1.20. Then, they hiked it up so much that to get a single
$1 ticket, you pay $2.40.
Then there’s the tournaments. Even if you’re lucky enough to avoid the bots, who swoop in and score over 7k points again and again, they’ve lowered all the pot sizes and charge more. Before, it cost $1 to enter a $6 pot. Now, it’s $1 to enter a $4 pot.
The price hikes make the app pretty pointless. Fortunately, there’s plenty of other apps with the same service. Opt for one that doesn’t actively find ways to milk the customer for every last cent.

Not worth it
Yeah saves a little time but gosh ever they started adding fees for every little thing you do it’s not worth it anymore. Save money by just buying them at the store.
Don’t bother with tournaments
Solitaire tournaments are either rigged or easily hacked. The same person wins over and over with scores that, statistically, are achievable only a fraction of the time. Plus, regardless of your score, itll eait until the clock is almost done before they enter and magically score over 7k. There’s no point to entering them. Other than that, it’s fine.

NO TICKETS
I purchased two scratchers 11 hours ago and I can’t even scratch them. One is “offline” the explanation I received from support was that they ran out of that ticket and they’re waiting for some more tomorrow. Why sell them if you don’t have them to sell🤔 the second ticket, which I simply paid $30 for I still haven’t scratch and it’s been over 11 hours since I purchased it. The app isn’t loaded up all the way so I can’t even see the ticket to scratch it if I wanted to, and the only excuse I get from support is, “be patient. It might be tomorrow that it’s available…. and it is available to scratch… BUT I CANT SEE IT!! Don’t bother because this is very frustrating.

Too many fees
They charge $2.50 to add funds and then $2.50 to place order. I could understand one or the other but not both and not that high.
I have used other apps in the past and they just charge a small fee to deposit but nothing to play.
