Too many fees
They charge $2.50 to add funds and then $2.50 to place order. I could understand one or the other but not both and not that high.
I have used other apps in the past and they just charge a small fee to deposit but nothing to play.

The “Winnings Claimed” banner is positioned in such a way that you can’t see how, or the amount, you’ve won. Pretty poor design.

What a joke! I just got a notification that you charged me $4.00 Inactivity fee for using my money in my account that you won't return to me. My account was inactive due to your excessive fees and charges.

They now charge a fee if you are inactive (I only play the lottery occasionally) instead of simply deactivating your account. They also hold any funds you’ve deposited hostage. I had to fight to get my funds withdrawn and cancel my account. They used to be great! What happened?
Beware of updated fees and they steal your money you upload.
I used to love this app and it was 5 stars all the way. Not anymore. They will charge you if you don't play and they steal any money you upload into the app never to get it back.

Only good thing is it’s convenient to buy lotto tickets if you’re in a pinch. Everything else bites. All their fees are such bull$#!t and they’re games is a scam. Whatever you do, do not play any of there games.

App works great! Maybe charge a monthly fee instead of a fee for every deposit and ever ticket purchase. I would use it more if that was the case.
Excellent APP
The number one thing I like about Mido is how efficient they are. They respond to emails very promptly. They answer all of my good or bad. The app runs like a charm. The Mido app makes life a lot easier when I want to play any of the lottery games. They are nice. I give them a 10 out of 10. And I hope one day I win. Maybe stock options. I just wanna have hope that one day I’ll win the lottery …LOL MIDO GIVES ME THAT HOPE Because I can play more often and I have many more opportunities to purchase more tickets. Used to be good now there are a ton of fees
As the tittle states the fees are getting ridiculous. You’re better off going to the physical store and buying more tickets than having to pay all the fees. So be aware, fee to load money, fee to buy tickets and another process the transaction and of course more fees when you withdraw.

They send you a W9 form to fill up and sign but its not working you cant fill it up and sign and they give you 30 days to do it

What the heck happened to this app? It used to be decent but now it’s junk. You can’t do anything with it. It’s like it was redesigned by a toddler.
Unable to buy lottery tickets
I only want to purchase lottery tickets and only these other games I am not interested are available. I have updated the app and there is no option anywhere to purchase powereball. Now I get an email about inactivity fee. Fix the issue and I will use it or I want my money back

This app sure is handy, but wow, they sure do charge a TON of fees to process the ticket purchases. I went to buy $70 with of tickets and was hit with a $14 charge - 20%! Screw that, I canceled the purchase and deleted the app.
