Language & alerts

I like the app but it is missing support for English language and so defaults to German.
Also I do not get any alerts when money goes out of the account as I do in other banking apps
Both features would make the app much more user friendly.
Many thanks for working on that

The app itself is ok but the combo with the desktop app is terrible

The app is ok-ish. I had bank accounts in the UK and every single online banking app I had there was much better than this one. But the real trouble starts when it asks to approve a transaction with the desktop app. That one is so painfully slow, it rejects the approval every time the first time round. Have to go through the system a second time each time.

Die neue App und das online banking sind so was von schlecht. Extrem langsam. Dauernd am abstürzen. Das User Interface ist so was von 1990. Unglaublich, dass das freigegeben wurde.

quite efficient but would be very helpful if English version possible

As I have limited experience in dealing with banking in French although fluent otherwise it would be very helpful if English version was available as some terms are unfamiliar

Bonjour, Veuillez vérifier vos paramètres linguistiques dans les paramètres de votre appareil. Si aucune des langues nationales suisses n’est sélectionnée comme première option, veuillez indiquer la langue souhaitée comme deuxième langue; celle-ci sera ensuite également utilisée pour l’app. Meilleures salutations, Votre Banque Migros

Poorly set out and complicated

All the so called changes and work down on the app and nothing much has helped. Advertisements for features and things to get pop up big, and every time the app opens, and no way to shut it off. Screen space taken up with unnecessary oversized fonts and what one needs is written too small. The entire layout needs to be reworked. This app needs to be redone and simplified, so silly that one needs to click and search again and again to do or see simple tasks. And please give option to turn off auto spelling correction, it just slows me down. I cringe everytime i have to use this banking app. I do have other accounts with other banks and this is by far one of the worst. However the bank is good, app is backward to standards internationally.

Leider meine Anliegen wurden sehr persönlich und unter stress behandelt. Letztendlich wurde das Konto gekündigt, was mir recht ist 😏

Bring back old payment scanner

The new QR code scanner is useless as most orange bills still use the old payment tab. Please bring back or at least add the old scanner back!!

No french

Impossible de changer pour le français. Besoin d’un smartphone + d’un ordinateur avec une version récente de windows, et un processus d’installation interminable. En bref inutilisable en voyage. L’application qui va me faire changer de banque.

Wake up! We are almost in 2020!!

When you want to activate the e-banking or you simply forget your password and you want to have a new one, you need to fill in an online form and you will get your activations code by mail - NOT Email, but POST mail, in 2/3 days!!! Ahahahah RIDICULOUS!
