Laggy

Scrolling and transitions across the app are very laggy (iPhone 17 Pro)!

Poor experience

Doesn’t work in shops with poor network, which is most of the shops.

The Cumulus card can now be added to the Apple Wallet from the Migros app. Please update app in the App Store to the latest version. Then, add your Cumulus code to Wallet via Home → Cumulus Code in the Migros app.

Ottima app ma SubitoGo non funziona se sei straniero

L’app funziona benissimo per vedere le offerte, fare la lista della spesa ed usare i buoni Cumulus. Sfortunatamente SubitoGo richiede l’uso del Wi-Fi Migros, che non accetta, per la registrazione, numeri di telefonini che non siano svizzeri o dei paesi confinanti. Risultato: SubitoGo non si può usare se si viene, per esempio, dal Regno Unito

Not for English speakers

This app lets you select “English “ in settings but once you try to use it, pretty much every product/ description is in German/Swiss. For those who can’t understand almost anything in German (expats like myself who are living here on very temporary basis and have no need nor time to learn German), this doesn’t work.

This is the reason for 1star review. Here I’d highly recommend COOP app which is fully in English should you select that in your account settings

Lists and app

I wish that the Migros app is all in one instead of having to have two apps. I am always opening the wrong app whenever I have to show my card or when I am trying to shop. I like that it saves the shopping lists for an easier recall and it is also cool that the things I shopped for are remembered by the app so it makes online shopping a breeze.

What I also love about shopping online is the ability to return the shopping bags. However, I am disappointed at how much plastic bags they bring with deliveries.

Best shopping app ever

This app is so easy to use compared to all the other supermarket apps I’be downloaded. It’s practical and user friendly and helps me shop effectively and efficiently. I just love it! It’s actually made me start going to Migros more than other supermarkets just because of how easy it is to use the SubitoGo. Thank you to all who were behind the idea for this app and developed it so well.

Personal ohne Maske

Am Samstag vor Pfingsten war ich in der Meiringer Migrosfiliale einkaufen. Da fiel mir eine junge Mitarbeiterin auf, die ein Visier, anstatt Maske trägt. Diese sind als nutzlos erwiesen, aber noch schlimmer ist es, dass sie diese anwinkelte, um besser in ihre Hand husten zu können! Ich fühlte mich als Kundin nicht geschützt und bin erstaunt, dass die Meiringer Migros die Schutzmassnahmen auf die leichte Schulter nimmt.

What happened to the coupons

It appears that since mid March, Migros is being stingy with their 2x and 3x coupons, directly impacting the Blue Coupon payout. That’s disheartening. Perhaps Coop will want my business and reward me better.

Sorry- I have limited German

I shop in Migros all the time and really try to not shop in coopZ
But I have no idea how to work the coupon system in the app in German as there is just so much information and I feel I’m probably missing out on so much as it’s so complicated for a non German speaker.
Also, if you had all the good brands I would NEVER shop in coop, but you force me too as you don’t stock major brands that they have.
