To activate the card, you need the “booking ID.” On the confirmation email, there is nothing called a booking ID. I had three different numbers and each one resulted in a message of “Wrong Data” at which point the app went into some sort of endless loop. The only way to try again is to reboot the phone.

DO NOT BUY! 100% SCAM!
The card isn’t real, you go to a kiosk in a remote location where a guy just hands you a 13 euro 3-day metro journey ticket. The other benefits aren’t real. I ended up paying 38 euro for what should’ve been 26.
Wish I Read Reviews before purchasing
As others have said, this is basically a scam. They are hoping you won’t exert the energy to go to this random location to pick up your physical cards. And really all you get is metro tickets. The other discounts are lousy. When I went to pick mine up, the guy rolled his eyes and huffed and puffed - so annoyed that I was actually asking to pick them up. Truly awful. I hope the app gets kicked off the App Store since it’s really a ripoff.

This is a scam the free drink reels you in and you can’t actually redeem the card online. The metro card is so much cheaper and easier to buy at the station.

Doesn’t work and cost me euros. Cheaper and easier to get daily and multi-day pass at any kiosk in any train station.

this app is misleading
I don’t recommend buying this card. It doesn’t activate electronically. And they don’t tell you that until you pay for the card.

Total Scam
I was in a hurry and did not read the reviews first. After paying for a pass, I tried to activate using the various codes provided. Kept saying information is incorrect and keeps spinning. I am reporting to my credit card company now. Why authorities have not shut them down is beyond me.

This app doesn’t work at all. You pay and then get a digital card that must be validated by traveling to some obscure place. Just go into the metro / underground stop then buy a cheaper ticket from a machine.
Trap
You are buying online in order to have a ticket right away but you have to pick it up in place where there is no one and close. Be careful scam at its best…
False Advertising
This falsely advertises that it can be activated online, when in fact you have to make an appointment and go in person to a ticket office in Milan. Do not buy.

The premise of this application to electronically buy your tickets and make it easy to use is at best misleading and closer to false advertisement. do you have to go to one distribution point in the city to pick it up in which you were likely going to need a MetroCard to get there. when I asked for a refund they said it wasn’t possible. avoid and just use the official city app
