Mile is freaking awesome. Such great deals, ship super fast, always brand new. No problems at all, and honestly the app is amazing too. I literally have no idea how they’d ever have a bad review.
Great Selection, Better App Experience Needed
MILE is a great place to find high-quality designer brands that can be hard to find elsewhere, often at excellent prices. My biggest suggestion is to improve the email-to-app experience. When I tap an item in an email, it opens a browser, asks me to open the app I already have, and then takes me to the home screen instead of the product that caught my eye. I’d also love to see more intuitive filtering and navigation within the app. Those improvements would make an already great shopping experience even better.

Canceled membership.
Despite cancelling the membership prior to acceptance a week ago, I’m still being charge for a membership I no longer have.
