Absolute horrible app
You are losing business by not having a functional app. It times out and we are unable to order.

App won’t open, crashes instantly.
Worked for a new weeks
Now it won’t allow me to order at all. My favorite faulty function is the ability to modify ingredients. For example, when ordering a they sandwich I get an option to remove ham. I figured it was a temporary glitch but it’s been non-functioning for a long time.
Doesn’t work
It seems promising… but won’t let you check out and won’t let me update my phone number when prompted. Seems like a bug. Doesn’t work.
Fails in a new way each time you try to use it.
Most recently a valid credit card can’t be used in the app. Ordering thru the website works.
Broken App
Whenever you try to modify ingredients your order crashes. It takes multiple attempts to get things to finally work. Now the app completely crashes when attempting to modify ingredients. This app is absolutely useless.
Hopelessly broken
My family has a Sunday Milio’s ritual and your app has gone from reasonably functional to completely borked. Today I couldn’t complete my order. It was frozen on the shopping cart with no way to advance to payment. The app kept prompting me to add my phone number to my profile (which I’m sure I had in there in the past) and didn’t seem to save all my efforts to do that. Please spend the money for a skilled professional to build and maintain your app. As loyal, regular customers, we would really appreciate it.

FIX YOUR “improved” app
This app is awful, haven’t been able to place an order in days
Ever since they released the new app I just get an error message when I hit delivery. Utter garbage. The old app was better in that it at least worked. Making me download this to not even be able to order was such a waste of time. They don’t respond on twitter either.
New app is broken
The previous app was great. I could access old orders place repeat orders rather easily, and it just worked. With this new app, the interface is not intuitive, payment methods are broken, And overall, I can’t place an order successfully. Fix it!
Stuff it has is good but…
My order history isn’t showing up. Also I miss getting my confirmation email. It would be extremely helpful to have the email back so I know whether or not I placed my order.
Buggy
I couldn’t even create an account. Test more before releasing a new app.
Easy and great service
Very easy to use app and the service from Milio’s as always is great! Tasty food.
