Terrible for consumers
Unlike every other food ordering app, where you can file an issue with an order, there is no way to do this. Feels extremely misleading and sketchy. They tell you to contact the restaurant but provide no contact info or way to do so. Given DRIPOS is directly taking my payment method, they need to be able to make it right when there are issues. Really wish I could never use this again but unfortunately places near me seem to offer only this option for electronic ordering. May try dispute with CC

Running app version v2.6.47-1c, iPhone 15+, iOS 18.1.1
1) Add ability to favorite customized drinks and/or view drink title and ingredients from previous orders
2) Add default payment method selection, and remove extra payment method selection step.

There are zero locations near me.
Convenient but need to fix their App
Apparently I have an account with my preferred email address. However, Iβm unable to update my account to add in my phone number. I was forced to create a new account with my phone number and since it would not let me use my preferred email (bc it was βalready in useβ), I have to use an alternate. Can live with it for sure, but annoying.
