Incredible
New update is a game changer!!!
So clean
I use this app twice a day. Easy to use and gets me my cortado in a couple taps. The redesign is clean and the order again feature is my favorite!!! You can tell it’s built by people who love coffee. Animations are super cool too!!
coffee
ordering coffee isn’t usually fun but this app makes it easy & exciting ! the haptics & animations are great added touch
Terrible for consumers
Unlike every other food ordering app, where you can file an issue with an order, there is no way to do this. Feels extremely misleading and sketchy. They tell you to contact the restaurant but provide no contact info or way to do so. Given DRIPOS is directly taking my payment method, they need to be able to make it right when there are issues. Really wish I could never use this again but unfortunately places near me seem to offer only this option for electronic ordering. May try dispute with CC

Highly recommend
I love using this for my shop, and my customers love it too.

Convenient but need to fix their App
Apparently I have an account with my preferred email address. However, I’m unable to update my account to add in my phone number. I was forced to create a new account with my phone number and since it would not let me use my preferred email (bc it was “already in use”), I have to use an alternate. Can live with it for sure, but annoying.

Great Order App
Works like a charm and everything is very intuitive!
Easy ordering - clean interface
I absolutely love this coffee ordering app! It makes my morning coffee run so much easier and hassle-free. It’s great to see my rewards for my favorite shop too!!
Mobile ordering
Incredible app!
Solid
Easy to use and like that I can see all the different stores in one place.
Amazing
Easy to use and helpful when in a rush.
No good
The latest update is not working. Credit card been charge 3 times but nothing shows up to merchandise side.
Incorrect charge/stealing financial info
So I was charged $10 twice but only one of those charges showed up on my account. When I go to contact them through the app my phone warns me that website seems to be impersonating drip.co and trying to steal my financial information. I am unable to un-link my card. HIGHLY SUSPICIOUS. Will contest the charge through my bank.

Perfect for those on the go!
I run into the coffee shop and pick up the drink I ordered in under 2 minutes! No lines, no waiting and SUPER easy to use. Highly recommend!
Easy to order
Having used another coffee ordering app, I found this very intuitive and efficient. One thing I wish was available is that the preferred coffee shop has rotating bakery. I would like to be able to order the bakery based on the selections available that day. I may have a two step purchase process. The app for the coffee and the store for rotating food options.

Thanks Drip!
Not only do I collect rewards from indie coffee shops but I also discover new ones around town to try out. The app is really easy to navigate. Love it!
About time!
Seriously, about time there is an app that let’s cafes compete with the franchise shops. I love local shops, and love building rewards through Drip.
Starbucks App on Steriods
Couldn’t be easier to use! I always wished my local coffee shops had something like this, so happy to finally have this!
