Eligibility, Additional Details The Five Lakes Rewards app is not targeted towards nor intended for anyone under the age of 13. Users must be at least 13 to access and use this app. If a user is between the ages of 13 and 18, they must only use this app under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Points are not rewarded on tax or gratuities and will only be issued at the time of purchase. Must scan membership before payment to receive rewards.
