The alarm works flawlessly! All the negative reviewers must have mis-tapped something, I let the app send me notifications and the alarm works even if the app is turned off and the phone is locked.
Works OK, but . . .
Sent my first live fire down range at a Military Institute (a higher level of high school ROTC) at the age of 13. A uniform with "US" was on my back or in my closet for 34 years, until they retired me for old age. So a lot of Olive Drab in my bloodstream. My iPhone is set to military time, so time displays as military time. So folks could reset their iPhone as a work-around. But my setting function still shows a 12-hour clock with am and pm. Would like it to set using military time.
Also would like multiple alarms (e.g., an alarm for my metformin pill at 1700 (retreat) and my sleeping pill at 2200 (taps)).

Doesn't show military time…
I don't know if there was a feature that I did not put in correctly… But there's not very many to work with so I don't see how that was possible.
They alarm works great but the military time which is why I got the app is what doesn't work. At 6:00PM it's still read 6:00PM instead of 18:00.
So something is wrong with the app.

Alarm Feature works only in the App
The alarm feature on this app does work! The only problem is when you have your phone off or the app is closed. The only way for it to work is to keep the app open as well as keep your phone on.
It doesn't work
Don't bother downloading, when I set an alarm for the morning it doesn't even go off
