Freeze tag
Freezes up once a workout if not more. Sometimes it will unfreeze others you have to completely restart and skip to where you were and it just might freeze again. Just breaks up your workout mood.
Just straight fire
This app is really good. I felt the burn. I felt everything I needed to on the first day of the 30 day challenge if you’re trying to be strong and look strong download this app. I never review any apps on the App Store but I’m reviewing this one, this one really works.

This is my first time trying Military Calisthenics and I am enjoying so far, I highly recommend this workout.

After using this app for a week, I ran into an issue. I've reached out to customer support twice and have received absolutely zero response. On top of the nonexistent support, the app has a major flaw: if you select a "no equipment" program on day one, you are permanently locked into it. You can never create a new plan that includes equipment later on; every new plan defaults to "no equipment" no matter what you do. Since I can't get any help or use the app as intended, I have requested a refund. One star.

The layout is good. Other than that they can’t spell “start” correctly, worst bit is you get 3 days before the trial ends and they want £12.99 a month. Not worth it in my opinion. Be better to get a workout on YouTube for free

Workout Switched on me
I had finished 20 days in a certain workout and on day 21 that workout disappeared and switched me to day 21 of an abdominal workout. Emailed the site but never heard back as to what happened.
