Awesome

Love this

Motiviert

👍 Macht weiter so 👏

Amazing

I literally thought I was in shape considering I work out four days a week thinking this would be a breeze. It’s crazy how much you can work out and try something like this and feel like you’re out of shape. I’m so glad I stumbled across this.

Levels

The exercises are good I just think the levels are misleading

Muscle building

Since I have used this program I have been able to see my progress in the mirror and others are even noticing too. I’m super happy with this program!

Achievement complication change choice

I just wish I could go back on already completed achievements.

Waist

It could be harder but it’s perfect..

Too many legs

I don’t see why you need ai to create a home workout. A lot of the warm up exercises look insanely silly, like I’m dancing rather than warming up. And on top of that, the first four workouts I received were all legs. Don’t get me wrong, you can certainly break a sweat and get a good burn, I’m sore after all of it. But it’d be better to include more upper body like back, chest, abs, arms, maybe even neck if you can. But even with those changes to the workouts themselves, it’s even MORE absurd that there’s so much information on here with no way of knowing whether or not it’s accurate. For example, listing how many calories you burn prior to the workout with no type of tracker, showing which muscles are being worked without correct terminology (glutes would be “butt” in the program, quadriceps and hamstrings are “legs” {no inclusion of tibias anterior or anything to do with calves}). However, I will praise it for the inclusion of other types of challenges post-completing the 21 days and the fact that it’s quite beginner friendly, despite there being zero substitutions for exercises or any way for you to list injuries you may have and actually put that thought into the workout. I’d also like to mention that there’s zero rest days on whatever program you get. I understand it’s only a 21 day program, but if someone is a beginner, they won’t be used to the delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS) that they’ll receive. More thought needs to be put into these kinds of apps and i guarantee with well thought out advertising and removing the AI it could be a really good app. Also, insanely disrespectful to those in the military, you’d never catch a serving member executing these exercises. That goes for the male version too (unless it’s pushups)

Motivation dream

I am only on day three and wow, the workouts are exactly fitted to me. My motivation went from 0 to 60 without hesitation.

Back 2 it!

Best way to start up the school year!

Superb App

Absolutely great format. Well balance workouts. Great for beginner

Premium

The app is good but at the fourth day your literally REQUIRED to pay premium. Im trying to lose weight not lose money.

Mick

Didn’t lose any weight

After years of not exercising, this app makes me WANT to put in the work!

This app is amazing!
They have training plans for FREE, some stuff you can pay for but the FREE stuff is going to work out for you, I promise.
You just answer some questions about yourself and your body and your future goals and the app lays it all out for you.
Please download this. It’s the easiest way to get back into working out. Don’t let the word military scare you into thinking this is some hardcore boot camp type of thing — it’s not. IT’S GOING TO GET YOU THE BODY YOU WANT YOURSELF TO HAVE!

Great workout

I really see results in the 10 days

Love this app

I am 58 years old and slightly out of shape. This app has helped me to be consistent in exercising. I feel stronger and I love the fact that I could set the time for 15 minutes or less. I’m ready to increase my exercising time.

Mary

Military Calisthenics ist der beste App mit dem man sein Körper verändern können. In nur nach 21 Tagen merke ich wie sich mein Körper verändert hat.

Waste of money unless you are a beginner

In the beginning I thought this program was great, however as I kept going I noticed the workouts we very repetitive sometimes within the same workout. The promise of working on different parts of the body were not always true, and did not build on each other. I paid for the year because I was hopeful but found that I had to use the Ladder app as a supplement because it actually worked on target areas and were built upon each other. What would make this app better would be a change in exercises, not being so repetitive, and make the programmed workouts longer that a total of 63 days for people have to have it for the year.
