Sadly just no deals that run to really get quantity for your money! Even with the app usually app members get more deals and offers but not here sadly!

I use the app a lot. It would be nice to have it more flexible to modifications. Example—- the chicken quesadilla… to be able to remove the chicken.

Screwed that order up
So the order was for 12 wings 6 garlic parm 6 mild flavored. What they gave me was 12 mild garlic parm’s…how do your line cooks not know how to read a chit?
Then I hope the Uber Eats delivery person checks his order for Patrick because in with my bag was part of Patrick’s order…whoever he is.
Doral location was not busy on a Sunday evening so can’t even use that as an excuse…
This is the second time we have either dined in or ordered out and it will be the last for this location.
As the dine in experience was a nightmare as well when myself and 3 other coworkers decided to do dinner there.
All 4 dinners came at separate times and appetizers were brought after dinner was brought to the table. We were lucky to be able to have one round of drinks as we never saw our server after she took the tables order. She went MIA…
Runners brought the food out and another waitstaff gave us our check after being able to get someone’s attention.
Do better Doral…your Jacksonville location is amazing!

Our favorite burger in town
Not only is the burger always cooked perfectly but the customer service from the staff here is amazing! Very friendly people who take pride in the restaurant business. Thanks again to the manager Chris for going above and beyond for us!

I have been a long time fan in Miller Ale House and my family orders from I have been a long time fan in Miller Ale House and my family orders from there through Uber eats on a regular basis. The last time we ordered, we were missing fries and an order of zingers. I contacted the Uber driver and was told if I had any issues. I had to contact the St. Cloud ale house because he had no control over that. when I called the girl that answered put me on the phone with Manny the restaurant manager, who was extremely helpful, friendly, funny, and had excellent customer service skills. He said if I signed up and placed the order of the missing items he would make sure to comp those items and have the $ returned back to the card we used. He also said that if we didn’t want cash in that offer that evening, we could use it at a later date, which is what we did. A few days later, we placed the order as well as some more items similar to our first order and though he wasn’t working that night, he told me that he’d be sure to be in touch with his counterpart working and would take care of those items and have them comped off the check the next day that he was in. I was pleasantly surprised the next day to see that he’d taken care of the entire $50 check not just the items we were missing. Now we will be ordering directly from their website and I’d highly recommend this restaurant to anyone. I also hope that Manny is recognized for the excellent service that he provided as it seems to be a very rare quality nowadays. Thank you Manny! You have made loyal regulars to your store and we”ll be using the Miller Ale House website from now on to place our orders.

Simple to Order My Dinner
Ordered dinner for pickup about 18 minutes
Say no to go
I ordered a bundle burger and a bundle wings. Fries were cold. They looked and tasted as if they had been sitting for a while. Everyone knows when they do not get fresh fries. I ordered extra crispy wings and I got slimy skin wings. First time ordering to go here and it will be the last. I will order from Long Horn steak house right next door.
