About

Milo is a strength training logger and progression coach for serious lifters — built entirely for iPhone and Apple Watch. Named after Milo of Croton, the ancient athlete who added a little more weight every single day, the app is built around one idea: consistent, measured progression is what actually grows strength. Milo handles the measuring so you can focus on the lifting. Log on your wrist, not your phone Milo's Apple Watch app is a full workout runtime, not a companion. Start a session, check off sets, read your rest timer, and swap exercises — all from your wrist. Live Activities put your rest countdown and active workout on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island. It reads HRV, resting heart rate, and sleep from Apple Health, and writes your workouts back. No third-party accounts, no extra hardware. A coach that learns from what you lift Set up a program once and Milo does the bookkeeping. Its progression engine suggests weights and reps based on your experience level and recent sessions, and quietly updates your planned weights to match what you actually lifted last time — so your next session always starts from reality, not a stale plan. Your data stays yours No sign-up, no server, no subscription. Everything lives in your own private iCloud and syncs across your devices automatically. Share a program with a training partner over iCloud when you want to — otherwise nothing leaves your account. Depth for people who train on purpose • Structured weekly programs or loose workout collections • Full exercise library plus your own custom movements • Functional-fitness formats: AMRAP, EMOM, For Time, Rounds for Time • Plate and warmup calculators • Automatic personal-record detection • A training dashboard with streaks, weekly volume, and muscle-balance tracking • Body-measurement and bodyweight history • Injury-aware exercise filtering that steers you around aggravating movements • Full JSON, CSV, and .milo export — take your history anywhere Free. Every feature above, no paywall, no ads. Load the bar. Milo keeps the ledger.
