Why Can’t You Use Loyalty in Restaurant
Why do you have to order through the app to use loyalty rewards? Time consuming and pointless. If we’re at the restaurant to sit down and eat, we should be able to redeem in store.
You can't look at the menu if it's past opening hours
"Digital ordering for this location is only available within present day" ok I'm aware you aren't currently open but I did want to look at your menu in anticipation of eating there tomorrow. So often restaurants make it actually difficult to see their menus and I really wonder why they don't realize that's a problem. It's certainly made me less likely to use this app in the future and frankly less likely to eat at my local Milo's tomorrow.

This place has outstanding chicken strips and great hamburgers!
No gift card options
App is ok, other than the fact that you cannot load gift cards as a payment method!
It’s average at best
Doesn’t support Apple Pay number 1. And number 2 I can’t tell them I want 2 total of my honey mustard sauce…..I simply have to pick another sauce. Otherwise….its about what you’d expect.
Can’t use gift cards in the app
I buy Milo’s gift cards discounted at costco but the app doesn’t support using them as a payment option so I can’t use the app to order.

Promo free fries
You sent me a promo (no code) via email. it says to get a free regular fries, just add to your order. So I do that, but at checkout it doesn't show the promo was being applied. I don't want things to not work. It didn’t offer a discount for it, so I wont know until I check my account. Fix the issue, or next time I will go elsewhere, Milo’s is out of my way, but I thought I would give a try!. Hmmm
