Why hasn’t this been updated on five years? It’s a useful app but it’s not kept current
Random non bind lockout
At random times the app gets an error on binding and can’t be reset. The only way to fix is uninstall the app and start again
Won’t Log In
My company uses SSO with Entra to log in. I cannot get past the initial screen where I enter my email address. The circle just spins forever. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times and rebooted my phone.
Needs updating
Great app for admin work in monitoring Admin Held Queue while away from workstation but has some major issues that need addressing hence the 1 star review. In iOS 18 the application now freezes when opening any image attachments and either requires a restart or a long wait for the option to close the image. Additionally, the mobile app does not log much of the activity done by the administrator using the app compared to administrator logging while using a web browser from workstation. Please devs do some much needed work on this app.

Can't make it work
Comes up with a message “binding not found” when I try to open any mailbox

There’s a binding issue and I have to install at least once a month on the iPhone

Typically get a “binding error” every couple of weeks. Painful. Otherwise does what it should.

InTune policy support is negatively affected. :(

Unsupported app - take it down
This app is clearly unsupported and has stopped working as others have reported. I’m getting this mysterious binding error too. Why allow apps that aren’t updated regularly and confirmed to be working remain here?!
Needs Notification Option
It’s useful to see what is in the box but when new emails come through it would be more helpful to see a notification with a sound.
App has topped working
Get an error on my app saying I no longer have access to the app.. it works via a browser and desktop apps but the mobile app isn’t working
Need support for MFA or SSO with Office365
This worked fine when authenticating with domain or cloud but it does not work with Office365 2-step authentication.

Great little app
Agree with some of the other comments that this is a great way to bridge the gap and have your work email on a personal phone, especially if like me you don’t like carrying two phones out of hours.
Just two other features in my opinion would make this perfect.
1) notifications of new emails arriving
2) something to highlight read and unread messages.
Add these in and I’d ditch outlook from all my phones.

Cannot see emails
I use this for a work alternative, and the ability to see old emails and newer emails has gone it shows irrelevant emails
