Won’t let me cancel

I have the subscription through the website, so not through the app that connects to my apple account. I have been trying to cancel this for SO long, but there’s no option on the website to do so. I’ve reached out to customer support, but they are LAGGING so that they can continue to charge. They responded 7/16 saying that they would cancel my subscription, but I was still charged 7/27. Absolutely ridiculous.

Don’t use this app

I have cancelled my membership three times with email confirmation that it’s cancelled yet I continue to be charged.

Very helpful, great potential

I use an EMR system with my company and Mimo has been very helpful in helping me create a note that I can copy and paste into that template. My biggest frustration with the app is that saved notes do not consistently transfer from the app to the desktop and vice versa. Since I hand write my notes on my iPad during session but complete the note in EMR system, Mimo being the middle man works out great when it works the way it’s suppose to. Hopefully this is something that will be fixed in time. Another minor complaint, is I never found a clear explanation of subscription offers and therefore decided to go with the basic.

notes generation new feature

Mimo’s new generative AI assistant feature is very helpful. with minimum input on my side, it generates perfectly structured notes in the most common formats; it can also translate to Spanish and Chinese; summarize and change language tone.

Fantastic in theory, but in reality there is nothing good about it.

Great for psych, not family practice

Pre formed notes are all psych related. No general medicine.

There’s no option to create an account… couldn’t even get started.

There are multiple options to create an account. When you open the app In the login screen/first screen you can sign up using Apple, Google or Facebook. If you need any assistance or have any questions, please contact us at support@mimonote.com

Unable to log in

Same issues previous user posted. Unable to use log into app after creating account.

Never got started

This app looks promising, and it might be, but it rejected the email and password I logged in with, and I could never open it.

I can not print side notes etc. dislike the app email company requesting cancellation.

The Notes on the side are options to pick from to create your Progress Note and then you can print your created Progress Note.
