Misleading pricing - watch out
Says $9.99 per year but when trying to purchase it says $59.99 per year. The $59.99 per year is supposed to be for. Lifetime sub. Not sure if this is a bait and switch or poor programming.
Difficult to get any help
Has been such a great app and works very well. Rating based on the fact that subscription paid for a year $92 and app not working. Cannot get app support cannot use there help function and developer site is not working. How are we suppose to get in touch. Have had app for a month and hasn’t been working for 4 days. Feel ripped off paying for no access.

Bad app - too many bugs
I paid full subscription for a year only to realize that the app automatically pauses every 5 min, it’s almost irritating and I don’t understand how they can ship out a product and ask for subscriptions despite having some major bugs. In an app business that is not acceptable. You take money from us and cheat us with bad apps

Disappointed
I subscribed to this app about 6 weeks ago. At first a few of the tracks would play and I really enjoyed them. Now none of them will play and I don’t get any response from the help email address. Wish I could get a refund!

Waste of time
I was excited to use this app after reading the reviews. Started the free trial and have not been able to use it once. It crashes immediately when you hit the play button. I’ve restarted my phone, deleted the app and reinstalled, nothing works. It’s a waste of time.
App Crashes
The app crashes very often when I try to listen to any stories. Not sure what’s causing the issue.
Great app when it works
The only reason I am giving this app 3 stars instead of 1 is because when it works it’s great. I love the guided sleep episodes, they actually help! But lately the app has been crashing as soon as I press play. It’s not worth paying a subscription fee for an app that won’t work. And to top it off, I reached out to the company via the email they provided in the app and got an “unable to deliver” message back. As soon as that happened I cancelled my subscription. It’s unfortunate because I actually used this app and it actually helped me sleep better.

App crashes
Every time I click on the sleep audio it crashes. The sounds work without any issues. Have redownloaded the app but same result
Free App Scam
Looks like a great app but when you download it, you are brought to a screen for a subscription. There is an X in the top left corner but they have managed to make it untouchable by hiding it behind your iPhone’s clock. I tried starting the free trial and nothing worked. This app is a waste of time.

okay so i always expect to need to pay on these apps (which is dumb since it’s for your HEALTH but anyway!!) however this time i was more surprised than usual. this time, not at the price! but at the fact that the app doesn’t offer ANYTHING for free! you have a week (7 days) for a free trial but after that you need to pay. tbh i don’t enjoy this pressure. you’re running like netflix and that bothers me for some reason (i haven’t slept properly for 2 weeks i’m sorry) if you’d had even 1 bedtime story free that i could listen to now and after my trial without paying i’d be so happy. now i’m mad because i feel basically pressured into paying if i enjoy the free trial. if you made some of your selection available all the time for anyone and everyone i think it would help you. that’s what headspace does and i honestly love that app. i’ve used it for 3 years now! you? i’ve used your app for 2 minutes !!!!

Very Good
I really like this app. I find the hypnosis and bed time stories on it really help me to fall asleep. However, I think that the app needs to make more bed time stories and sleeping hypnosis.New ones should be added at least every couple of months.
