Bare Minimum
We've used MINDBODY for over 4 years to manage our martial arts school, and this app is functional to allow members to check-in, and just that. If they have a membership of any kind, they can check into any class, even when they haven't paid for that specific class. It just gives a message that there's an issue and to see the front desk, but they're still checked in, which creates more backend work for us. It would make more sense to not allow them to check-in for that class because they don't have that pricing option.

Great for class check in but needs more
This is such a great way for clients to check into class. However it needs to also allow clients that have appointments booked to check in as well. That would be a great add on
Not for gym arrivals.
Works good for classes but does not check in arrivals. A kiosk app to replace the unreliable browser based self check in screen would be a useful tool.

Why change something when it’s working perfectly? The old version worked. This one doesn’t. I can’t log in to my yoga classes anymore. It’s awful
This is a waste of time!
I signed up last night and I have tried several times to log in and it does not recognize me. There is NO way to reset password or username in the screen or even to ask for help! So today I went back to the App Store and found a place to get help and to write a review. I tried2 times to add my email to reset my password and both times received a message to look in my email. I never received any email from this company. I did check my spam folder, junk folder and have found nothing. TSo that is when I decided to leave this review. I’m not happy and I hope the gym owner does not have to pay for your terrible service. I think my din could of built a better app when he was 5th or 6th grade.

Ridiculous
Nice trick on not accepting your nickname so you can’t post a negative review. Set up the username and pw on my laptop (which it accepts) but doesn’t recognize your info on the app.
No ability to set up account
Did clean first time app load on iPad. Went right into search with no way to create login. Totally useless.
Also loaded it to my IBM PC and here search brings up facility but no classes even show

Terrible app. Asks for sign in on downloaded App with no opportunity to set up an account. Set up account on my computer, but ID and password does not work on iPhone App. Total Waste of time!
