About

MindFlo — daily mood, sleep, and menstrual cycle tracking that respects your body. Track what's actually bothering you, day by day. MindFlo is a calm, private place to log your mood, sleep, and menstrual cycle — built to surface the patterns that are hard to see in the moment, so you understand your symptoms instead of guessing. What makes MindFlo different is the questions. Instead of inventing our own, we built the daily check-ins around familiar, well-established questions — the kind you might recognize from a thoughtful conversation about your mood and sleep. You answer a few; MindFlo does the quiet work of turning them into a picture over time. A minute a day: • Mood — six brief questions about how you felt today, including focus and brain fog. • Sleep — three questions about last night's rest. • Period — flow, pain, cramps, and symptoms on the days you menstruate. • Notes — a private space to capture things worth raising with a partner, therapist, or doctor. What you see back: • A multi-week graph that overlays mood, sleep, and your menstrual cycle on one view — so patterns become visible that a calendar hides. • Color-coded phase bands (menstrual, follicular, ovulatory, luteal) drawn right on the graph, plus a gentle forecast of your next menstrual cycle, for pattern awareness. • An Insights screen with weekly trends, correlations, and cycle history. • A 90-day history grouped by date. Built around what's bothering you — not what looks good on a graph. MindFlo uses clinical convention: higher numbers mean more symptoms, so your scores read like a symptom scale, not a feel-good score. No wellness-direction scoring, no gamification, no mental math to read your own graph. Your data stays yours: • Private to your account • Stored encrypted in the cloud, mirrored locally so the app works offline • Delete your account and everything goes with it • No ads, no data sharing, no third-party tracking Available in the United States. For users 18 and older. A note on what MindFlo is: MindFlo is a self-tracking tool for personal reflection. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It does not track fertility, conception, or contraception; the menstrual cycle phases shown are a cycle-math estimate for pattern awareness only. For any medical concern, please talk with a qualified healthcare professional. Published by MindFlo, LLC. Privacy and support: support@mindflo.health.
