Cancelling Subscription
Despite numerous attempts to cancel my subscription both on the apps and separate email; it is virtually impossible to cancel my subscription. No sign of any communication from their customer service department to acknowledge my request to cancel my subscription. 😳
Forced Payment
Do not download unless you are willing to pay. The app won’t allow you to go through registration and everything, without the premium subscription option popping up on your phone every seconds. Won’t give it a star if it was possible.
Cost money
You can’t even start without signing up for a 3 day free trial. Scam.

The concept of this app is great, however, the comment is limited. For example: multiple learnings/courses on Classical Art Eras, but nothing on modern art.

Absurd
Grossly Overpriced. It is remarkable in this age of marvelous AI capabilities that they give the user only three days to try out the app, then charge an incredible $6 per week. That is a FREAKISH $700-plus in just one year. The user should get at least one week of the trial and be charged $1 per month! These people will fail because they don’t know how to sanely price their product. (But that’s understood; now, with Trump, we understand that insanity is quite alright.)

Scam
Don’t sign up or download this app. Downloaded this app did not sign in or sign up for anything. I got changed $45 dollars for a subscription. I messaged the info email for a refund.. they won’t reply or acknowledge that I did not sign off on anything. Asked for a refund at least 7 times.
Subscription bug
Despite being subscribed, I can’t enjoy a lesson without being forced to the “subscription” screen. It’s ridiculous!!! I’ve deleted & redownloaded the app but it keeps doing it

Trying to contact is a nightmare
I purchased the app back and November 2024. Never been able to use it. The app wants me to pay again. The year has not run out. I’m highly upset and would not recommend unless you want to be scammed.

I had mistaken this company for another similar app company with a similar name. Mindsnap worked hard to get me on the right track. Staff was great sorry for the mistake.

Big Fan but need more lessons
I’ve had the app for almost 2 months now, I use it daily and find it to be a really fun way to learn new thing and expand my knowledge on a handful of subjects.
My one wish would be for there to be more lessons, more categories and a more diverse group of teachings per subject.
My concern is that I’ll get through all of the lessons that I find interesting and then hit a wall to where they don’t have the content to keep up with demand.
TLDR: Dope app, needs more content and more diverse lessons and subjects.

I enjoy this app
I personally enjoy reading of different topics and taking test. Definitely worth it in my opinion.
Terrible UX
Just signed up via instagram for one month, then an additional payment has been taken (which appears a hidden way to charge for an additional service without showing extra incurred costs). But no email summary received, no way to proceed on the app (aside from using through the same process). A dreadful customer experience. Have requested a full refund for all charges. Customer team - please make this happen
