Timer???
I hate the timer and the fact that the puzzle background changes color. Why can’t people just relax and do a puzzle?!
Show correct letters
It is SO frustrating to not know if each letter is correct. Please don’t make us get the entire word right before green shows
Potentially AI generated prompts, not reviewed, or just dumb
Some of the prompts are clearly taken from The Times newspapers - LA, NY, mini, because there's huge overlap and sometimes it's copied word for word, but some of the clues are just clearly wrong. Today included "Suffix for between", and the answer was inter. Did you mean PREFIX? Does the game not know the different parts of a word? Or was it another poorly AI-generated prompt? This happens every couple games where the clue is wrong. Makes the game not fun.

Doesn’t activate for a week after purchase
I like the puzzles and format but the subscription procedures are confusing and delay the actual puzzles for a week. Because of this I might have inadvertently subscribed twice but can’t find out for a week…. Poor set-up!

Sync them up
We came here because NYT games put the mini behind a paywall. This is fun but my husband and I compare times and my iOS game and his android game aren’t the same!!! Sync them up!!!
Ads too long
Like the game but waiting over 30 seconds for an ad is too much.
Not fun timed! No one wants to play to fail, stupid! Turn it off.
No support when it doesn’t work! Waste of time when it doesn’t work and there is no help to restore.

Fun little app
Found this when looking for a similar app to the Apple News puzzles when I ended that subscription. I like the quirky feel of the interaction text. Have enjoyed it a lot.
Great service
We have played this game a while and had a nice streak going when the program developed a bug and wouldn’t let us in. Streak gone. We reached out to the developers and they told us how to fix our problem and we are back going strong. We are now up to 351 days straight solving the puzzle. Great way to end the day.

Game now restarted
The app stopped working this past weekend and it has been very frustrating and I left feedback on their site. They have now updated their app and the puzzles are back and my days played streak has been restored. I have thoroughly enjoyed this game and I am glad they have got it working again.

I play this crossword app every day. There was recently an issue with the games, and the developer replied to a message I sent to their support email about it. Thanks for keeping this app going, I really enjoy it!
