You can’t use the laser machine 100% with the app today must do the people use cellphones o tablets the app is like from last century
Great concept… but
Help is blank, so is the skill game section and I have to try at war 3 times before I connect.

Desktop version if horrible
After first time engraving on desktop software stop engraving or working. Play button don’t do anything
Does okay, but SHOULD be better.
Honestly there are things about this app I like, and several I don’t. They tell you to use the Playing Skill section of the menu to learn how to use the app, and it’s completely blank, as is the Help Center.
Support email never responds, and the app itself is not very stable. I struggle with every form of file type to just get it to upload to the machine. Whether the app crashes repeatedly, or stops uploading part way through and goes back for you to try again.
Someone for the sake of all things good, PLEASE fix this app ASAP.

SD card
Would love to use this app, but it keeps asking for the SDCard?

Needs an undo for text and better control of placement. Very hard to figure out how to compose text around an imported graphic

The app works okay with the laser engraver but is severely limited to its own clip art , fonts and will not easily save files or settings. It only imports images from the iPhone camera only, not from other albums imported from your computer with designs. Compared to CNC programs I have used it is very limited indeed

Dose not do half the things it tells you
Pretty nice
Easy to use..nice little laser engraver! Sometimes things come out amazingly and there’s a few times I’ve had to throw the item away! You have to tweak it and not go solely by what they suggest for the perameters!

Very user friendly
I use this app for the mini and z1 lasers both. It’s really great to connect via Bluetooth and upload a photo and request a preview box to line up your material. Has built in clip art, the ability to make your own text on your phone, but also setup laser power and number of passes and configure your material.
Way better than using a slow wired controller. And more handy than being glued to a pc.

XN001Micro laser engraving machine
My first machine 1 year ago was brilliant
I’ve since bought two different machines to replace the original
They are not a patch on the first
This is the better of the two I now have but I’m struggling to do anything good enough to justify the cash
I’m also struggling to download my own pics either via computer. on iPhone ( can’t access photo album at all)
Very limited access to help too ( in English)

iPad landscape option
I would be great to have this available in landscape so I don’t have to take my iPad out of the case every time.
Great update
The recent update really fixes a lot of the issues most people had with the original version. This update streamlines the process and gets you up and printing in a quick and easy way.

Wish it were better
It does ok. I just wish there were more modern fonts, definitely cuter cursive fonts. Some of the fonts cut off the top of the letter too. Wish there was the ability to curve text.

This app is not ready for prime time. The Chinese/English terminology is poor at best. The app does the job but it’s a struggle, especially if you want to pause and change a setting. It gets confused and you have to unplug the machine and start over. The machine itself is great but the app is just barely functional.
