This app doesn’t work always says “offline” everything is connected via wifi how can it be offline.

App is trash on iPhone

Have to use an android to set it up to be used with the app. Utter trash

iOS app is hit and miss

Sadly my experience using the iOS app is a mixed bag. Sometimes it connects via 4g and I can see the video feed but most times it does not. And yes the camera back home is within wifi range and my wife who is home has the handheld monitor and has no issues with that anywhere else in the house.

So yeah the iPhone app is very buggy and unreliable.
