App lock up
My app gave me an option for a once in a lifetime deal and I took advantage of the deal for $59.99 for lifetime tracking no more renewal payments needed for use of the app for life and then my app locked up and wouldn’t do anything it made me uninstall and reinstall it then it asked for a credit card number again so I added it and it charged me for a one year for $59.99 and it now renews yearly and I LOST ALL MY DATA FOR THE PAST NEARLY 5 YEARS OF MY TRACKING MY SLEEP. I’ve sent 2 emails and no one has responded! So I am now leaving my review. I was 100% happy with the app and how it tracked my sleep and all the options it had but this was wrong that I took advantage of the lifetime deal and it locked my app and then made me lose all my tracking information and now it’s back on annual renewal! I feel like I was duped and taken advantage of. And I would like someone to respond back to my emails that I have sent to customer service! This is why it’s a 1* rating!

I love it a lot but I wish that it would actually record snoring like it said it would I mean that is the only reason I downloaded it I do recommend downloading it and I wish that it would actually record sleep because it skips like two or three days and then it records one day and then it just doesn’t record sleep

Needs more sounds but they stopped updating
Decent sleep tracking function but the limited sleep sounds and lack of mixing leaves much to be desired if you are hoping for long term use. App hasn’t been updated in over a year.
Scam
It says do you want a free trail when u click yes it charges you $60 then when you go to use the app after not being able to get your money back from Apple it will not let you do the quizzes and get results for free it the try’s to charge you again this is a scam

It’s overall a good app, there are some things that cost $$ but overall the things that are free are good too. Also like how you can lock your phone and it still tracks, I used to have one that I had to keep the phone open but with this one you don’t. I would use this one over all the other ones I’ve seen.

Very accurate and a helpful tool. I was curious about my sleep and Mintal Tracker helped lay out all the details!
Possibly the only app that’s good
I’ve tried a few of these, and I find this one by far the best. The sounds and the analysis are brilliant!
The app
This has been one of the best sleep tracker I used there’s honestly no flaws and everything about it is really good. I like how even if you don’t have premium, you could still listen to what you’re saying in your sleep granted it does pick up things like around the house I have a roommate and she stays up really late and it picks up her laughter sometimes, but other than that, this app is really good and I recommended to a lot of people who wanna know if they’re snoring in their sleep or if they’re talking in their sleep

The main reason I had this app because it play rain sounds through the night but now I can’t listen to anything but one audio without paying at least have more than one audio then making them all locked
Best alarm for hard sleepers
I am peacefully woken up everyday and I used to sleep through my alarms. This is a very effective app to help you get on a good sleep cycle or to monitor your snoring / sleep apnea. But again, the best thing is the alarm and how you can set it to peacefully wake you up over a course of 30 minutes. Highly recommended.

Scam
So i added this while free, and used it a few nights, upon checking the recordings i notice that it has 5 sleep apnea episodes recorded, you can listen to the 30 snoring ones, but not the apnea ( this is to pull you in to buy it) btw every night is the same 5 apnea and 30 snoring ones, sus! Yup so im like omg I stop breathing i need to hear this…so i pay 39.99 !! For a year sub, listen to it and its just me snoring quieter!!you can hear my breaths clear n loud so not apnea !!! Also the recordings plugged up my phones space ( no option to delete), only thing i enjoyed was the sounds it can play( trickling water ect, but i can get that free elsewhere!!

Why I love this app
This app Is the best sleeping app the the fact it’s free makes it even better I would definitely recommend this to anyone it even gives you clips of you snoring and tells you how long for there’s even a feature where you can draw your dream and it guesses what you were dreaming you can also select how you feel the night before and there’s relaxing sounds to help you sleep.

I honestly am so shocked about the amazing quality and precision the app has whether identifying a dog, cat, talking, coughs, and even knows the difference between a fart and my snoring.

fraudulent
charged me $10 for a free trial (read all the terms, it was a free TRIAL and not a subscription I signed up for). I actually immediately canceled the free trial after because the features weren’t worth it to me yet was still charged. filed a report with apple and will with my bank if it’s not refunded
