Almost Perfect
App is great and works as it should. The only thing I would love to see would be different sorting options. The ability to sort alphabetically by first name as well would be very helpful, as remembering a whole list of people by last name isn’t always possible, and is somewhat frustrating when you can’t remember someone’s last name. It would make finding someone in your list 10 times easier and quicker.

Can’t sign in
I used my Facebook account for my log in on the web version and now I can’t sign into the app because there isn’t a Facebook option for log in

I had started using this app a year or so ago. I opened it up today to a log in page. My account seems to not exist. I tried to reset password many times. I have not received a reset password email. I enjoyed this app. Very disappointed.
Address Book
Great to have to update addresses for ease of use every year.
What’s the point
Wish we could see our account,designs, orders status, Or anything on this. Not really sure what the point of this app is???

Love the minted address book
The minted address book is how I update everyone’s address all year. Love it! I love how easy it is to use and transfers to the cards.
Account Unrecoverable
One day, I happen to try to login and it seems I forgot my password. I tried to go through the usual “forgot my password” routine. They asked for my email so they can send me a reset password link but I never received the email from them. There was nothing I could do but to uninstall the app and find something else. Lost a lot of addresses I am unable to get again thanks to this app.

Cannot create an account
I keep receiving an error message when I try to create an account. I’ve met all of the password requirements and yet it won’t let me continue. I wish you had a Sign in with Apple ID or Google. Very frustrating.
Address book in my Pocket
I love having the minted app in my phone because it’s like having my address book always in hand! Can add to my Christmas list anytime anywhere and it’s always ready to go!

Not his friendly no linking to account on computer from app
It’s been really frustrating using it from the beginning and other after so much more user-friendly and intuitive and give you more free range for design tweaks
