Why is there a chatbot

Why on earth do I need to use an AI chatbot to submit an insurance claim? This is an unbelievably useless and expensive feature. Another company needlessly rolling out AI because it’s popular without any thought to the user experience or the global impact.

Filed a claim 3 weeks ago. Still no update. Can’t track anyone but an AI bot. Go elsewhere….these people just take your money and don’t care.
