User reviews

Smart, thoughtful app

This is such a great app! I used to journal years ago, and have struggled to get back into the practice. Mio has been a perfect way to not only do so again, but the beautiful and simple design of the app not only brings the analog feeling that people may enjoy about journaling, but takes it further. I love that I can do audio, photo, and written entries, while the app’s AI technology challenges me to reflect deeper.

Clean and Effective Journaling App

I’ve always struggled to turn journaling and reflection into a habit. Mio has made it easy to be consistent. Multi-modal capture, natural follow up, and an interface that doesn’t get in the way all let it come easily and stay consistent. Great app.

This app helped me start journaling again

I started journaling years ago, but in recent years I’ve found it harder and harder to keep the habit. Because it’s so accessible, Mio has helped me start again—and I love it. It lets me quickly jot down thoughts in the moment, and I also appreciate that I can leave voice notes when writing isn’t convenient. It’s become a simple, natural way for me to reconnect with the habit of reflecting each day.

Beautiful and easy to use

This app is really aesthetically pleasing with calming/cool tones. That alone encourages me to use it regularly and build a habit that I’ve been meaning to tap back into for years.

Elegant thinking tool

I love the simple and elegant design- it makes journaling a pleasure. The AI prompts for deeper thought are unobtrusive and surprisingly helpful for engaging further reflection.
